Why, who is gonna attack you?
We do not have large quantities in Patriots to give to third countries.
Would you give anti-aircraft & anti-ballistic systems leaving a gap in your air defense? The question is whether anyone will attack us? The point is that a national security vacuum is being created!

Send a few batteries to Turkey as well. We have more common with Greeks when compared to Saudis.

Hope you are getting paid for this.

For the same reason that Turkey wanted the S-400 Triumf.
No one can be sure that there will be no armed confrontation between Greece and Turkey. Issues between two countries, in the 21st century, are usually resolved at the negotiating table. However, since Turkey is growing geopolitically and claiming a larger share of oil and gas profits in the Eastern Mediterranean, then the confrontation between Greece and Turkey is intensifying objectively. This escalation between the two states could lead to war, even in the context of a "war episode" such as in Imia. Even if we did not have Turkey as a neighbor, the fact that you are creating a vacuum in the air defense of Greece at the initiative of the Greek State is at least criminal.

Well Turkey is in a slightly different situation than Greece though, you have no active combat going on that would require air defense.

Hm...... wasnt it a part of the deal where Saudi would give Greece F15s in exchange for Patriot missiles? Or is this deal completely irrelevant to the one we are talking about?

Air defense is something that is required to exist in every country to protect its citizens, its territorial integrity and its resources. A country like Greece is required to have anti-aircraft & anti-ballistic protection because it is the most southeastern part of Europe. Greece has been at war many times in the past with neighboring countries. Turkey and secondarily Albania are creating a geopolitical pressure against Greece with their demands. The least that Greece has to do is to be adequately shielded.

A war between Turkey and Greece at the moment is as likely as Turkey joining the EU next week. Don't let internet rambos cloud your judgment.

At Incirlik Air Base you have weapons of mass destruction in case non-NATO countries attack. Greece does not have such weapons to protect itself.

Those are US weapons with Turkey having literally no power over them. In fact, those nuclear bombs are turning Turkey into a primary target for the enemies of America in the unlikely event of a nuclear holocaust. Take 'em if you want 'em.
