South Korea announced that it will send around 30 ballistic missile interceptors to the UAE via C-17 right tomorrow. It would appear that they brought ROKAF's reserves. Among the 10 batteries under contract, currently, two M-SAM-II batteries are operating in the UAE. The interceptor delivery will continue until the 9th, and it appears that interceptors included in existing contracts will be delivered earlier than scheduled.
Perhaps it would be better to send the M-SAM-I (Block-I) stock alongside the M-SAM-II.
The photo shows a training scene of the ROK Air Force.
And yeah, Korea built the huge nuclear power plant in the UAE, so let us hope it's safe, too. It produces about 25% of the UAE's total electricity, making it a top priority for protection, along with cities and oil refineries.

Iran's fourth oil refinery was bombed. Iran was already in the midst of an energy crisis. Iran's thermal power plants run on gas. If they, too, are destroyed by bombing, the ayatollahs will be delighted: Iran will finally return to the Middle Ages, something these religious madmen have been striving for for 47 years🙄

US and Israeli air forces have begun striking Iranian oil refineries and storage facilities. Video footage shows strikes on an oil refinery in Tehran. Iranian oil infrastructure in Shahran, Fardis, Karaj, and other locations has also been hit. In retaliation, Iran is striking US bases in the region.

Immediately after the 12-day war, Iran began rebuilding its air defenses. There were numerous reports of Chinese cargo planes arriving in Iran. Apparently, Tehran, after the expected failure of the Russian S-300 and local systems, decided to purchase Chinese HQ9 systems. It seems they, too, can't see not only the F-35, but also the F-15, F-16, and even the B-52 (🙄), which are impossible to miss.
One might assume that the enemy's electronic warfare system simply blinds them.
In any case, they, too, are either disabled or destroyed.
Without air defense, Iran is completely defenseless from the air.
It's interesting that in Ukraine, for four years now, neither side has been able to achieve the astonishing success that the US-Israeli air force achieved in Iran in just a few days.

And we all know how that ends, sooner or later.

I agree but with the caveat that US operations have been predominantly stand-off strikes and in-and-out type bombings AFAIK. I still don't think Iranian air defence would amount to much but there is a chance that we might see a little more pushback.

There's not one single proof that any Chinese GBAD was bought and deployed by Iran. They were all just claims. None of the strike footage so far show any Chinese GBAD.

I would think that Turkiye might be better placed to talk to the US and Iran than nearly all other countries. Might Turkiye be able to start talks with the warring factions to try to stop the current madness? I imagine also that with a long border with Iran, it is in Turkiye's interest for hostilities to cease.

In face, US release a video and include a HQ-2(B610,Sayyad-1), that is an ancient missile and China used it to shot down Lockheed U2 in 1967.
Even Iran do not use this type anymore. Someone say it is a souvenir from the Iran-Iraq War Park.

I think there were meetings set up in Turkiye for this months ago, but Iran being Iran couldn't help itself and told Turkiye to do one literal days before the first meetings were to be held.

Despite the massive strikes against Iran, Iran's missiles and drones are also retaliating. Video footage shows Iranian missile strikes on Israel's Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, where American military aircraft are possibly stationed. It is now known that an Iranian drone hit a US Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) radar at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan, as shown at the end of the video. The cost of replacing the AN/TPY-2 radar is estimated at between $300 million and $500 million. Several images, including satellite images, are already available. The Wall Street Journal reported this information.

That's something Iran would never resort to. Just as happened in earlier negotiations, Iran rejects Türkiye as a mediator, by default, and they can't seem to digest the fact that TR is a regional power.

I suppose TR has given its best to de-escalate tensions, despite Iran's total blockade of TR's involvenent, earlier and postponed the intervention by weeks at least.

The Iranian president's olive branch offered to the Gulf countries has been snatched away by the IRGC? If so the war blunders on with Iran, the Gulf countries, Israel, Lebanon all suffering further damage and the rest of the world suffering damaging economic consequences.

Iran wants to destroy Israel. Not happening.
Iran wants to destroy the US. Not happening.
Israel wants to destroy Iran. Happening in part but regime surviving.
US wants to destroy Iran and change its government. Happening in part but regime surviving.

Any reason to think the situation will change over the next week or weeks apart from damage to all parties will increase?

PS I don't see any winners in all this.

...the US has a very large and capable/great military ...it is arguable that Israel's military is just as good or ''better''' as they have fought --and have ''''won''' -- many wars while being at a great disadvantage, ''surrounded''' and outnumbered in all categories by it's much larger enemies .....and with a narrow front that should be easily pierced.....
.... I think this shows the difference in Israel's and US military compared to Ukraine's, Russia's etc
...my CO worked with the Israelis ...I wish I would've talked with him more about that

1- I don't see much changing ....but Iran will lose more military hardware, etc = obviously - see # 4
2 - most wars end with no clear winner or loser but objectives can be attained by both sides such as in the Korean War, Yom Kippur War, etc
3 - Iran's economy is in the dumpster and they are running out of ----- WATER!! = the Iranian people are not happy and won't be for a long time .......
4 - a key issue is how does this destruction of Iranian military hardware/etc affect the Iranian people's attitude for/against the regime and the US ?

Among many confusing reasons why US has started war against Iran was a war against a theological government spreading war in the region.

not confusing at all ....the Iranians [ and the Pals ] have been committing terrorism for decades ...they use suicidal vest/truck/etc bombs .....they kidnap, TORTURE, and murder innocents
...they use suicidal truck bombs to blow up embassies and take over embassies and take hostages
.---you can't allow them to get nukes/fire ballistic missiles/etc etc

Personally, I think the missiles fired at Turkey, Azerbaijan, and some Arab countries were launched from Iranian airspace by Israeli aircraft. as air lora rockets.

Similarly, I believe some of the unmanned kamikaze drones may have been launched by the USA or Israel to open new fronts in the war or to put Iran in a difficult position.

The commander of US Central Command explicitly stated that the "Lucas" drone was a copy of the Iranian Shahed drone. After this drone exploded, no one can tell whether it was a Lucas or a Shahed.
but there is no proof of that

Only two bombs can preventing us to get into a WW3. Like it or not, believe it or not. But if the whole mankind is in a serious dangerous, they have to do, what is necessary.
most wars are contained = not world wars, and not total .....the probability of a world war is low
