No France/Macron is just trying to side with the UN recognized officials of Libya after realizing that Haftar isn't going to win.

I don't know if Morocco and Algeria case has any influence in the matter, but as Algeria has openly suggested closer ties even Russian military bases I guess NATO or EU is stuck with either Turkey in their southern flank or Russia.

A400 planes have been taking equipment to Libya during the course of last few days. On Turkish forums it is claimed that they are supposed to be taking HisarA+ Systems. As many as 6 flights have been realised. If true this is the first time Turkish made AD systems will be in active war scenes since Idlip..
I hope they do have Karagoz system in situ too as Libya is so flat it does not leave much reaction time for the AD systems If planes are approaching at low altitude.

As far as I know A quantity of Hisar A systems did enter service. But serial production stopped. It has been upgraded to Hisar A+ with higher altitudes and longer range. Now hisarA+ is being produced.

There have been so many flights to Libya, one can be sure everything is thought about. Especially after the 'unknown' airstrike on Watiya airbase.

One can even imagine interim solutions which haven't been announced officially like a ground based IRST using existing designs like Aselsan PIRI but mounted on trucks.

something cooking i agree
but no more attacks from both sides
haftar will be displaced from the scene
i think the Libyan conflict is on the way of an ultimate solution
