Those crossing were closed long time ago by Finland, Estonia and Latvia.

Contract was signed today for 3 A-26 submarines, lease of A17 submarine from 2027 and some transfer technology. 3 A26 will cost about 4.8 bln $ Lease of A17 about 200 mln $
