Looks like it was indeed Air-launched Sungur
"Sungur Manpads destroyed the target while being used as air-to-air missile" - SavunmaSanayiTR editor Anıl Şahin
Edit: SavunmaSanayiST edited the tweet to say it was Eren instead but their other tweet saying Sungur air to air was combat proven and...
To me the air to air missile used looks like a solid fuel missile with short motor burn and coasting. Could it be much rumored air launched Sungur instead Eren?

I Wonder how many Kızılelma's will br in the first delivery? It was first announced as first quarter of 2026 then moved to second half and we have seen 2 Serial production Kızılelma's flying plus 3-4 in production so 5 could be a reasonable number I guess
Imo it doesn't really matter how much they upgrade it the system is good for what it is but isn't groundbreaking by any means. There are several Turkish systems that serves the similar purpose with more advanced methods and even then they aren't talked about that much because they aren't seen as...
Part about Gürz starts at 4.14 and in 4.50 Ahmet Akyol says that they brought prototypes for earlier expos and now Brought first serial produced product to SAHA.
According to SavunmaSanayiST interview with Ahmet Akyol Gürz that was presented in the Saha expo was not a prototype or Mock-up but the first serial production vehicle. It will enter both Air forces and Land Forces inventory
Yeah, I only read the given transcription before now after watching the whole interview he does speak about Air force specifically. It is an interesting choice I would think 35 mm would be a much more suitable option but there must be sone other considerations
This feels like a misspeak especially when rest of the speech is all about ship air defence. He probably meant to say for air targets because using 76mm airbust ammunition for air defence on ships has been talked about for a long time and sctually make sense. I can't see any reason why Air force...
Unrelated but it is little sad that there were deals for all the UAV projects but Anka-3. It was even ahead of Kızılelma with IWB tests, however, it seems that it will enter inventory no earlier than late 2027
This could be completely wrong but from what I remember there was talks about Alpin having a lot of foreign parts that will be indiginized in Alpin-2 so maybe they are waiting for that? I would have expected an order too
