On May 13th the Israeli airforce struck a Syrian AD base. Reports in Israeli media now that Russian S-300 batteries opened up on the Israeli fighters during the strike, for the first time. IDF not commenting.

According to the article they fired but the radar didn't manage to lock on.

Any chance of Ukrainian troops especially SOF doing any raids or operations inside Russia.

I cannot imagine the huge morale this would give and the Russians would be a hard pill to swallow as they believe the Ukrainian armed forces are destroyed or on their last legs

I know it would be a waste of resources but I cannot imagine the L that Russia would take.

Bosnia, Kosovo, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine should become Nato members.

Tell me who deserves to be more of a member Ukraine or Sweden or Finland?

Sweden, Austria and Finland should never be allowed in.

Seems a guy who in common sense bases his opinions was invited to speak openly and with a bit of care to russian TV... What a momment to realize war is not going as intended... when you already lost your momentum and ukranians are starting to do small counterattacks over your special operation. One of the main weakenesses of this entity, which war and the exposing of a mayor power starts to bring down some well fixed ideas for long time.

Even when you are not a democracy you allow this kind of things, because you need your people to provide you with the needed tools, their lives. Something you needed a month ago but you can't risk break the entinty as politics and integration couldn't cope with it.

IMHO you need money, allies and a very good reason. We are whitnessing how a bad reason is speaking freely at the battlefront right now.

Things in Russia seems to reach media after some weeks, hopefully a mayor defeat will be broadcasted from international media and the domino pieces get that momentum they lack today.

I 100% betting the Russians will do damage control by saying we did not lose to Ukraine but to NATO.

They will spin a nice propaganda of how they were fighting all of NATO.

Armenians did the same thing with karabag war by saying we did not fight Azerbaijan they fought Turkiye.

I hope they send this to Ukraine. The whole war is basically Ukraine trading their T-64 oldies with latest Russian T-72B3, T-80BVM and maybe in the near future the T-90 provry.
