This came after having held several meetings in Cairo recently with president Sisi and Egyptian intelligence chief Kamel. Total agreement between Algeria and Egypt.
You stated: "Total agreement between Algeria and Egypt." over Libya.
My answer: I question this assessment. Egypt keeps changing its position over Libya, most of the time trying to obey the UAE, the main supporter of the Dictator Haftar.

On the other hand, Algeria has consistently been in support of the Libyans solving their problem politically among themselves.
In addition, the Algerian FM recently stated that Turkey and Algeria are on the same page regarding Libya.

In summary, the old Algeria-Egypt relation is a thing of the past, and the trust between the two countries is not going to be renewed anytime soon.

What is clear is that Algeria and Egypt agree on the fact that the Libyan elections must take place by the end of this year regardless of what foreign actors in Libya want including Turkey, UAE, and Russia.

1) My point is that Egypt had betrayed Algeria at every historical juncture, the list is long.
Today's Algeria will not repeat the same errors of the past, when it emptied its national bank currency reserves to pay for Egyptian weaponry during the 1973 Arab-Israeli War.

2) I like your Username "Juba the 3rd". Can you tell me why you chose such username ?

True that but bear in mind that it had to be done in the past as a token for future generations. Algeria now ain't in no way indebted to Egypt for that they helped us to get independence.
Egypt needs a stable Libya as much as we do, the status quo is a pain in the ass for both of us

it represents the continuity of the Numidian heritage in today's Algeria

in fact, there are only two Juba kings the father and the son, both with great stories. Had there been a 3rd Juba, probably the Massylian dynasty would have not ceased to exist.

Regarding Juba II : King of Numidia during Antiquity , Born 48 BC near Hippo (Today Annaba, Algeria) and buried AD 23 in Tipaza, Algeria.

- Why are there today many writings claiming Juba II being the King of Morocco instead of Algeria ?

If we break it down and put it in a historical context

Juba and his wife Cleopatra Selene II first ruled part of historical Numidia, They then were given the larger Mauritania while Numidia was incorporated into the Roman Empire. Like his ancestors, Juba had two capitals one that is Iol (Cherchell) in Algeria and the other is Volubilis in Morocco where a famous bust of his was found.

Well you see Juba is fully Numidian by ancestry, Roman and Greece by education, He worked by his ancestral rules to some extent and he is even recorded to have built a temple to venerate his Grandfather king Hiempsal II as far as Numidian faith goes (King Micipsa built a temple for his father Massinissa). Juba being king of "Moroccan Mauritania" was the mere wish of Emperor Augustus as Numidia was very productive and way too important to leave out, Mauritania, on the other hand, was a barren land that only flourished under Juba II and Cleopatra Selene.

That being said, Juba ruling parts of today's Morocco doesn't make him any less "Algerian"

This cooperation is based on common grounds and shared security concern that affects both countries. Nothing to do with Egypt's foreign policy whereabouts
