Excuse me .. is this a hydraulic press projects ? Can u some details in english illustrate ?
Seems to be but no specifications have been given other than that it is a hydro-forming type press. The power is unknown and obviously it is not large enough to press a fuselage bulkhead in whole but possibly in two parts.

This technique is pure genius! Simply put, the part to be clamped is not compressed by placing it between two mold parts. Instead, high-pressure hydraulic oil glues the part onto a single mold.

It is no longer up to American technology for MMU. With this technique, large titanium parts can be pressed very easily with pressures of 50 tons or even 100 tons.

There will be a weight penalty to be paid when bonding the two halves.

Of Course ... But unfortunately it is a rare sophisticated tech .. Alcoa in the USA is the company that is known with these presses

Interesting Financing.

85% of the 6 million Euro budget of the project is supported by the European Union and 15% by the Ministry of Industry and Technology under the Competitive Sectors Programme."

About Biorefinery:

A biorefinery is a refinery in which various intermediate and end products (e.g. chemicals , materials , bioenergy ) are sustainably produced from biomass while utilizing all raw material components as fully as possible . Food and feed can also be produced as by-products.

Except for the raw materials, the principle of the biorefinery has many similarities with that of the petroleum refinery , in which the complex raw material petroleum is separated into individual fractions or components . In some cases, these are converted into other, more easily separable compounds by chemical processes

An important goal of the “biorefinery” concept is to replace crude oil as an important raw material in the chemical industry in the long term and to move towards a bio-based industry.
The United States Department of Energy identified industrial biorefineries as the most promising path to this goal.

Nurol Teknoloji is Turkey's only advanced technical ceramics manufacturer.

In addition to the production of Alumina, Silicon Carbide and Boron Carbide Ceramics, Tungsten Carbide ceramics used in civil areas are among Nurol Teknoloji's ceramic product range.

Hard ballistic composite products consist of cured composite fabric or the combination of ceramics, which are also the original production of Nurol Technology, and composite fabrics that are cured. In soft products, no ballistic ceramics is used, only composite fabrics are used without the need for curing. The general workflow of our composite production consists of computer-aided automatic fabric cutting, combining the appropriate solution in the clean room, curing in high-tech autoclaves under pressure and temperature, and coating the ballistic plate. Products such as polyethylene, aramid and glass fiber are generally used as composite raw materials. In hybrid solutions formed by the combination of ceramic and composite, while the ceramic breaks the ammunition, the composite absorbs the kinetic energy of the broken ammunition and keeps the ammunition.
