Can SAR radars be used against infantry targets? Can they detect that small targets like PKK cockroaches?
Very valid question!
Yes. Meteksan’s MILSAR is capable of differentiating between civilian and military targets even above cloud cover. Not only vehicles but people as well. It has special algorithms written to do that.

New altitude record for the Akinci B : 45 118 feet. It also flew for 20 hours and 23 minutes.

That very high altitude. Probably highest to reach with turboprops. With some light to medium payload akinci b could reach around 35.000ft levels.
We need turbofan engines and probably different design to reach 60.000ft levels.
I really wonder the max payload akinci b can handle?

Well with 2x750 hp engines it will surely have the ability to carry quite a bit of payload. The Kizilelma with the future TF-6000 engine would probably fly above 50.000 feet at least.

You know , i am thinking that they are exaggerating those numbers sometimes.
It is on the spec sheet but there is not any proof that revealed.

The TPE331-10 used on the MQ-9 has a power output of 940 hp, 200 more hp compared to a single PT6A-135A engine used on the Akinci B. So totally doable.

100% bogus claims, same with the Israeli drones.
They have been exaggerating the israeli's drones for years .. i dunno why .. turkey now is superior to israel with drones industry .. but israel is superior in the term of EO systems which are the main sensor of the drones

It's probably like Israeli UAV specs - that's the max altitude with no optics or weapons, quarter fuel fraction and flying with the wind, and then rounded up to the nearest 5k. Turkish UAV specs tend to be more realistic because they're based on TSK's requirements. That's how Baykar and TAI can show videos proving the specced performance.
