The Russian army has used the new kamikaze drone "Klin" for the first time. to destroy the Ukrainian naval drone MAGURA in the Black Sea. The new kamikaze drone is equipped with an air-burst warhead, providing a wider area of destruction. There is no technical information on the drone. The drone's control interface is similar to the Lancet drones from ZALA. It is quite possible that this is a new modification of the Lancet drones.

Su-35 gone, reportedly falling victim to an AIM-120 carried by an F-16.
Cheap exchange for Ukraine (missile cost <500,000 USD v fighter cost 50,000,000+ USD). Never mind, Russia still has a bit of money left to buy another one. Better be quick, though, before the money is all gone.

The Russian kamikaze drone Molniya-2 was used for the first time with a new warhead in the Sumy region of Ukraine. The drone has a thermobaric grenade from the Shmel flamethrower as a warhead. Technical information about it and the Molniya-2 UAV is in the link to the video in the comments to the video. The Molniya-2 drone attacked a house where soldiers of the 21st brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were stationed. Judging by the video, visually, the drone with such a warhead is much more powerful.

There is a lot of debate about what kind of bombs Russia uses in Ukraine. Footage has been published with an explanation from the Russian Defense Ministry about the use of an ODAB-1500 aerial bomb by a Su-34 aircraft. The ODAB-1500 bomb with a UMPK module was dropped on a temporary deployment point of the 114th separate territorial defense brigade of the Ukrainian army in the Kupyansk area. The damaging factor of the ODAB bomb is a supersonic blast shock wave, high temperature up to 4000°C and pressure drop.

An episode of the assault on a Ukrainian position by soldiers of the 89th Tank Regiment of Russia. The video was filmed near the settlement of Dyleevka in Donbass. It was not possible to establish which Ukrainian unit participated in the battle. As a result of the battle, the Ukrainian unit was forced to retreat, as shown at the end of the video. The video has been shortened.

Ukraine's layered air defense continues to improve, this time bolstered by the announcement that they'll receive numerous British made RapidRanger mobile air defense systems in 2025. The $2.2 Billion loan from Britain 🇬🇧 will be used to purchase both vehicle mounted air defense system and 5000 multi-purpose Martlett missiles, which were previously announced. This system will serve to work similarly to the U.S. provided Avengers systems that fire vehicle mounted Stinger missiles. The system is ideal for intercepting Drones and slow cruise missiles.

Britain 🇬🇧 will also build and send Ukraine 100,000 Drones in 2025, valued at These will include FPV drones, reconnaissance drones, long range strike drones valued at $=7//

Combat work of Russian FPV drone operators in Ukraine. The video was published by the Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies "Rubicon". The video shows the work of Russian FPV drone interceptors. In the video you can see quite a few popular Ukrainian drones, including reconnaissance UAVs Leleka-LR, UAV Shark-M, UAV "Furia" and other models. This is the second part of the combat work of FPV drone interceptors.

Germany is allocating an additional €1.9 billion in military aid to the €7 billion previously budgeted. This was announced by Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, who arrived in Kyiv today.

In total, Germany's military aid in 2025 will amount to €8.9 billion, setting a new record for Berlin. It's important to note that before Friedrich Merz came to power, €4 billion was budgeted for aid to Ukraine for 2025. Thanks to constitutional amendments initiated by Merz, Germany managed to expand defense loans and secure an additional €3 billion for Ukraine. And now Germany announced another €1.9 billion. This is thanks to one specific person, elected at the right time in the right place.

It remains unknown what exactly the new €1.9 billion will be allocated for, but a three-year plan is being developed for the supply of Iris-T air defense systems. A journalist also asked today whether Taurus deliveries are planned, and Pistorius responded that they are not.

So now is loan, no more donations from UK?
They do both. About $5 Billion worth of donated military equipment this year and another $2.2 Billion funded via a loan.

It makes sense to fund the Ukrainians in any way possible.

Footage of a Russian FPV drone attacking a rare Ukrainian hybrid APC. The Ukrainian APC is unique, as it was created on the chassis of the Soviet-made 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled gun. Presumably, the homemade APC was fitted with a turret from the American M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle. As a result of the Russian FPV drone attack, the Ukrainian homemade APC was destroyed. The location of the shooting is not reported.

Footage of a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber using an RBK-500 cluster bomb equipped with a UMPK module. The video was filmed near the village of Malaya Tokmachka, in the Orekhov direction, in the Zaporizhia region. The Russian RBK-500 bomb was dropped on the positions of the 118th separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian army. The RBK-500 SHOAB-0.5 bombs were adopted by the USSR in 1969.

This is the most important system for Ukraine,no?
The most important system is still Patriots. Patriot is a more advanced, longer range and can intercept ballistic missiles. IRIS-T has difficulty with ballistic missiles, though allegedly they're working on upgrades to enable IRIS-T to be able to shoot down ballistic missiles.

I think so, yes. Air defense remains the top request Ukrainians make of allies, and IRIS-T is one of the better options from Europe that Ukraine operates. The other main requested ones are SAMP/T (France/Italy) and NASAMS (Norway).

Russian servicemen showed a Ukrainian BATT UMG armored car abandoned in the Pokrovsk direction. The armored car is intact, it only needs to have its front wheel installed. Presumably, the car ran over a mine. The BATT UMG armored car is manufactured by the American company The Armored Group
