china gets its energy from Russia Kazakhstan Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan and yes 10-15% from Iran which its lost is not a big deal ! meanwhile Israel gets its energy from Iraqi Kurdistan and Azerbaijan which both of them is attacked by Iran idk whether they stopped production or not but they put direct energy pressure on Israel as well as global economy US lost its expensive radars we dont know how many drones and iran damage 5 tanker aircraft which is 1/4 of US tanker fleet in the region if iran take out these expensive tanker aircraft the idea of air supremacy will be gone and by taking out drones and radars they are blinding US forces and cancelling its threat to their launchers hence by depleting US and israel and arab's countries interceptor missiles by their cheap drones as well as blinding them Iranian can then unlash their missiles without pervious pressure on their launchers ! they are getting hammered yes but succeeding strategically by tanking global economy as well as influencing US election which is coming 8 month later and if they able to take out US tanker aircraft fleet they will succeed militarily as well.
you should have taken the deal when they said no enrichment and no stockpiling of radioactive materials. by attacking them and by killing their leaders you have opened the door for the hardliners in iran to rush for nuclear bomb. after the make the bomb turkey will do it as well so is saudi arabia and Egypt as well as Japan and south Korea

1) Iran regime attacked US and Israel first not the vice versa.
2) Iran regime was offered an excellent deal which would benefit Iran and rest of the world. They repeatedly refused.

that's a direct lie Omani foreign minister said they were in middle of negations and Iranian compromised like never before and agree on no enrichment and no stockpiling of radioactive materials. basically canceling their nuclear program making it impossible for them to get the bomb and you attack them ! twice in middle of negotiations actually it become your tactics to use negotiations to bring your enemy to feel of false safety then attack them. from last summer iran to Venezuela to iran again you have burned the bridges on diplomacy
proxy war and direct attack are not a same thing. proxy war is also done by Israel or west or the Russians and chines in fact its done by everyone. you cant put that in the same scale of direct attack

1) Very first thing Iranian regime did is attacking US embassy and taking hostages. Then they bombed US embassy in Lebanon, US Marine barracks in Beirut, Khobar towers killing dozens, they supported insurgency in Iraq.. They attacked Israeli embassy and Jewish center in Buenos Aires, they armed and supported terrorists which killed thousands Israelis. Death to America and death to Israel are their official slogans. In 2024 they also attacked Israel twice with ballistic missiles directly.
2) They were offered a deal which would lift sanctions. That would bring hundreds of billions to Iran, it would reduce oil prices and make world more secure. They refused and showed middle finger for no reason at all.
3) Since 1979 Iran started exporting its Islamic revolution. They created and armed sectarian Shia militias all over the middle east, causing civil wars and bloodshed. They are directly responsible for hundreds of thousands dead in Syria, for wars Iraq, Yemen and Lebanon.
4) Their military factories and bases are obliterated. Number of rockets they fire drastically reduced.

that is a cheap pices of propaganda maybe it sells to public or MAGA but not in this forum ! we have global market for energy which its price is decided by supply and demand to say US wont be effected is a fantasy which im sure you know it as well. by reducing supply while demand remained same it will increase the energy prices globally even if us is net exporter it cant supply enough to balance the market hence US oil companies will sell to whomever bid the highest price so if outside giving more money then the oil will be exported which lead to higher price of energy including fuel price in US hence everything from groceries to producing electricity to industrial output will be expensive which is the point iran influencing the US election which will lead to more anti-Israel people to get elected while iranians will make their bomb
and according to prof john mearsheimer the only option left for israel is to use its nuclear bomb on iran which will ... i dont even need to explain more about its consequences

I remembered Iran rejected Turkey as a mediator for the peace talks and chose Oman instead, many Turks were very disappointed.
But that is a good things for turkey, there was no peaceful choice from the very beginning.
I was surprised as some of members in this site didn't think it was a tacit understanding between Iran and Turkey(I think there is and Iranian know that they have to face an imposed war).

Not a single Turk other than moronic iranophiles were disappointed by that.
Those of us who don't have their heads in sand and believe in the "ummah" knew that Iran was never gonna accept it, even Putin accepted coming to Turkey for talks with Ukraine then again Russia and Russians don't have the same deep seated inferiority complexex towards Turkey and Turks as Iran does.
And Russia and Turkey have a way deeper modern history ties (conflicts etc.) than Turkey does with Iran.

Because of the oil price rising, the PV(photovoltaic) and EV(Electric Vehicle) industry has been very active, the goverment even consider to cancel the subsidies, perhaps the export value may reach a new high.
I donot want to say that but there are many industry benifited by this war, some people really thanks Trump and BB in private.
Of course it also have many damage to economy, but obviously, it's not as serious as advertised(Someone said Iran and Saudi Arabia are keep sold oil to China at this time)
And the situation of S.Korea and Japen is not good, if US still need their allies inEast Asia, it better end the war immediately, or US will lose them forever(Well, just back to the situation before 300 years in East Asia).
In conclusion, I don't believe this war serves any benefit to the US.
The only winner is Russia, again.

I think there is truth in what you say - Iran regime is getting weaker day by day. Unfortunately not weak enough to fall with no opposition group apparently strong enough to defeat the IRGC.
Israel should have thought through how this would go before attacking Iran. US is led by a man who is not really capable of thinking things through.
IMO the regime does not need an air force or navy to continue to be a threat to other countries. It only needs a few attack drones to continue to control passage through the Strait of Hormuz. By controlling that strait Iran has a great deal of control over the economy of the world.
The world is not a better place for Israel and the US's attacks on Iran. It is a worse place. I agree with what @Passenger states a few posts up: the only beneficiary is Russia.
