I've looked at some of the comment sections on social media accounts such as "Sağcı Gazete" and "Daily Islamist"...

Are these people real or just Iranian troll accounts they're literally threatening to be*h*ad Aliyev...

By a gülenist. Old police chief of Iğdır, removed from duty in 2016, went to US, started working for George Mason in Kansas as a professor few years later.
Is the article ligit or not?
By your logic, all in the current administration are former Gülenists btw.

Adding to this. Azerbaijan is also a major target of Iran's political interference.

Iran lose Syria, Libanon and Palestine right now. After US is going to leave Iraq, maybe that country too. Yemen is on fire. Pakistan is not really friendly to Persians. Not much friendly country left. Türkiye could “kill” Iran immediately, together with US and Israel, but has no Intention to leave a power vacuum, with no idea who can fill the gap.

Thanks for pointing this out.

This is why I'm always wary of English language articles that are written by Turkish authors. I still think it's an interesting article, I guess a broken clock is right two times a day.

That said the government is full of former FETO members and really I don't think much has changed, merely a family feud. Two sides of the same coin.

Yes, they are. I thought we didn't like the current admin?
Do we?
As forum we cant and dont pick sides?
Did you see me taking sides?
I question every statement made by anyone, you should know that by now.
Btw,what does my question to you have to do with the current administration?
''Is the article ligit(true) or not?''

It isn't, it's written through the eye of a gulenist(not an ex gulenist, a gulenist that still is a gulenist years after his master died), interviewing a turned ex iranian diplomat; turned by Israel no less more than a decade ago.

Iran is a shitty neighbour, but listening to Gulenists and Israeli turned Iranian embeds in the US security architecture for ideas is how you get brainwashed into believing Turkey is a state sponsor of terrorism. That's one of the author's other positions.
