As per the article I shared from Defense Turkey Magazine, Meteksan is working closely with Baykar to incorporate it in to Bayraktar UAV’s. MILSAR is still in development stage. They were considering it for Anka too. The advantages it presents can not be swept under.
We all know in good weather TB2 is king. But as it was clear in Karabagh, when the weather was overcast and cloudy, operations ceased. So a system has to be devised to utilise UAV’s in all weather conditions..
Baykar must have seen some light in the system to consider developing it together with Meteksan for their platforms.

- IIR/TV sensor munition with datalink similar to UMTAS + autonomous target detection
- GPS/INS for bigger glide bombs
- beamriding using the radar to guide the munition, or command guidance while tracking the munition
- painting with radar again with the radar, using radar sensor on the munition

All will be expensive than simple SAL mode but it will be wide area survelliance+simultaneous attack capability even in bad weather. If the data is fed to other airborne or ground launchers attacks per unit time will increase dramatically.
