I will be looking at those massive elevators at take off. They will(or already have) tweak the gains of the control algorithm so that it won't go in a loop of overshooting the reference point and overcorrecting.
My guess is that they gathered the data they needed from the first prototypes(or tech demonstrators if you will) and they will introduce a different model(B version or one with a western engine) soon. It should be a more complete and production-ready(or almost) prototype.

There must be many system identification tests to bring the simulation software as close as possible to the real thing, so that most of the future tests can be done in simulation environment to shorten the development time.
