That is correct. Some sort of air superiority(at least in the areas that be used by TB2) is also needed for TB2 as well but unlike my previous thought TB2 seems to be working good in contested air space as well.

I think Gabya's will still use them. I don't think we can use Atmaca with Mark 13 launchers. Yavuz most likely won't be getting any Atmaca. We still need to build a lot of Atmaca to properly arm the Navy so in the meantime I guess any ship that in her final years won't get Atmaca.
