It can't be temporary because some areas should be handed over by 15th November and some by 20th November. There is little point or time to set up observation points in such areas. This map below is for reference.

I think both sides will have similar concerns regarding restrictions and security of their corridors. So they have to find something that is mutually agreeable. And I think that Azeris have more to gain from the Nakchivan corridor. If all goes as agreed, it will be a good end to the conflict...

Kobani and Manbij was mostly US protection. In Manbij the Assadists set up a buffer later though Russians were involved. Sirte and Jufra they had a smaller role through Wagner and I don't think that they were they main cause of operation to stop. And in Idlib, there wasn't really an operation...

If the Russians are prepared to be human shields once again, the Azeris need to be prepared to hit them if the agreement isn't kept.

Also areas that the Armenians retain should only be those that were traditionally Armenian majority populated areas with minimal surrounding areas. Vantage points should not be given. A little like how Israelis control West Bank.

Problem now is that Russians have already arrived in Goris. They could put themselves in a similar situation as in Syria and position themselves between forces. Then Armenia forces could just say that they have mutinied and not leave as agreed. Russians would stay in place and conflict is over...

It is a total surrender because the Armenians are stuck in NK with no route out. Roads are blocked so it's fight to death or surrender. So they chose to surrender in stages in exchange for evacuation. Allowing them to keep an Armenian populated area is just to have leverage to gain a corridor to...

I don't think that would be possible because of UN right to return business. This agreement could possibly lead to long term peace and economic prosperity and no westerners were involved which is an added bonus.

I like it. I think that if managed well, it could have good consequences for all parties. But the best part will be the Turk corridor. And also things are projected to materialise pretty soon.
