So no need for network centric supporting ground infrastructure then❓ And that infrastructure also need preliminary infrastructure to operate such as availability of bandwidth and power (electricity). So far, we have neither of those. And it's extremely unlikely we will have the preliminary...

It is much preferable for most of the stakeholder (myself included) WHEN state actor (especially one such as 🇮🇩 ) do not have such capability. The preference is to kept offensive cyber capabilities within the private sector.

They are construction / deployment vendor, NOT the actual cable owner or operator. Another medium player is PT Indonesia Comnets Plus, they are subsidiary of PLN. They use PLN existing infrastructure to deploy their fibre-optic. Their lease price is usually ½ of XL offering. And they usually...

It's all about CONTEXT. I say again, it's about CONTEXT Operating any complex piece of machinery such as the F-35 or any other highly advance & complex machinery for that matter, require far more than just a set of wrenches, screwdrivers, pier, etc. It's called "support infrastructure". And...

As I recall again, the 🇯🇵 is willing to giving out "hibah", albeit not sure to what extent that "hibah" will be, along with investment package on the side. Little historical context, I've remembered clearly that during Gus Dur presidency he did say that IF 🇮🇩 ever get invaded / attack by...

As I recall, it was PakDe himself who's inviting the 🇯🇵 to "assist" regarding our concern at Natuna Sea. Turning our back toward 🇯🇵 will be the greatest geopolitical blunder and downright suicidal.

Well, we know that the Typhoon was originally intended to fill in Skadud-14. Although IF we're going with all out Rafale approach (without F-15EX) that mean pushing the Rafale into air interceptor role which will require basing them closer to any potential hot spot or air traffic lane. The...

I'm not sure if Rafake is suited for air interceptor role. So far I can only see F-15EX and Typhoon that are for such role. Although got to admit Typhoon seem to be the best choice for such role even compare to F-15EX

IF we follow (of which we do not) Soviet 🇷🇺 doctrine, that would be fine. And might as well procure S-400 instead of any western made system. Furthermore, long range interception is the domain of interceptor & fighter plane, NOT missile. Again, there is little tactical sense in using long range...

Subianto need something tangible enough for 🇮🇩 public to see. It's all about politic. The amount of funding is just too big for 🇮🇩 public (read : clickbait medias) to comprehend, thus he needs something tangible enough as a form of accountability.

I believe they were referring (at least in 🇮🇩 context) to the 2 mutant Iver Huitveld class project, or they intend to compete with the 🇯🇵 Mogami class. While for 🇬🇷 context they were referring to their competition against 🇮🇹 FREMM
