What else can you expect from kompas.com. Unlike their kompas.id counterpart (the original Kompas), kompas.com is in the same group as detik.com both equally bad. I typically only read kompas.id (e-paper)

The only practical way for protecting face & neck is to extend the protection of the plate carrier to the neck (this kind of product already available commercially). While face & eyes protection is to wear impact protection balaclava + ballistic eyewear (also available commercially) The catch...

As I had stated earlier, What Was Done is Done (Nasi Telah Menjadi Bubur). And in the most likely, the Navy brass is already had good guess as the root cause (as do I). Just use the tragedy as a hard earn lesson to re evaluate everything to avoid similar thing to ever happen in the future

Strength of arms (as in guns) is merely a tool. One type of tool out of many. Once they are disarmed, they can always switch gear using their political party & political autonomy as a vehicle for their original agenda. The condition in Papua isn't the same as Aceh

IF we do that then we open a can of worm that no one can close again for the whole country. There will be no more unified Nusantara under Sang Dwi Warna, instead you get heavily Balkanized Nusantara
