What's concerning here is that they did it WITHOUT combat (or even normal) condition. The hull is not fully completed, it only got 1 passenger seat placed. No sign of the exhaust, it means that it's probably engineless. The weapon cupola at the left side is absent too, and no weapon is equipped...

7.62 mm minigun I doubt will penetrate, probably need 12.7 mm HMG rounds to penetrate it. Dunno if they have the same armor as current Badak (withstand 12.7 mm rounds). Considering it is fast-moving and the shooter also moves, missile would be best weapon to destroy them.
