    Agree. Suggest to have life cycle cost analysis & comparison consisting Capex (procurement) and Opex (operation, maintenance, upgrading, etc) for each high value and critical defense article procurement. If we can have these, we can get clearer big picture and better decision.

    Thats a hell lot of money! If the number and offer are true, we should done the selection carefully and properly. And also shall have and push for proper technology transfer. Btw, wondering what kind tech transfer from rafale deal. Seems no Dassault reps visiting DI facilities so far.
