News 200 Vietnamese-made military equipment were introduced at the Army Games 2021

200 typical products manufactured by Vietnam's defense industry were introduced at the Cultural Space and Exhibition of Weapons and Equipment at the Army Games 2021.​

Some pictures at the exhibition displaying weapons and equipment at the National Military Training Center 4:​

Weapons for typical troops and branches such as infantry guns, anti-tank guns, mortars; infantry ammunition, anti-tank ammunition, mortar shells and artillery shells; all kinds of optical devices to observe day and night are displayed at the exhibition.

High-tech products researched and deployed by Viettel High-Tech Industry Corporation attract the attention of visitors. Viettel's 7 product lines are: Radar, electronic warfare, optoelectronics, unmanned aerial vehicle, military information, command and control automation system, simulation model system.

The typical radar product of Viettel introduced in this exhibition is the S-band mid-range 3D radar with a detection distance of 360 km, with high maneuverability, anti-electronic warfare and protection against radiation detector missiles.

Opto-electronic equipment, including: Thermal imaging reconnaissance equipment, thermal imaging sights equipped for sniper rifles, opto-electronic devices on ships and opto-electronic devices serving the air force.

Optoelectronic devices for reconnaissance, surveillance and targeting, fire control. Using thermal imaging technology, for personal use, on vehicles and observatories.

Advanced communication equipment of Vietnam.

A combination of light and close-in reconnaissance aircraft named UAV Shikra is on display at the exhibition.

The shooting simulation system researched and produced by Viettel is the most visited area.

On the left is the PD1 isolation skin defense weapon, which is a protective weapon for soldiers in places where chemical, biological and nuclear weapons are contaminated. NBC PD-1 suit consists of four parts: vest with gas mask, overalls, gloves and backpack.

The two middle sets are compact integrated equipment, long operating time, the ability to collect information from multiple sources for the army. The equipment includes: a helmet-mounted camera to record the journey, analyze the environment with night vision goggles and support augmented reality; thermal imagers and thermal imaging reconnaissance equipment; wearable locator; hand-held soldier communicator. The rightmost set is a thermal imaging anti-reconnaissance suit for special forces.
