Aselsan seems like a bargain. From an outside perspective, considering how bad the Lira is, it is extremely cheap. This company will continue to steadily grow, and I would consider it a very safe investment at this price point.

However my only question is, why did it fall so much in early August? It doesn't look like an ordinary fall in price, instead it appears to be the result of something that the company did which altered the value of the shares artificially (instead of due to bad news). I could be wrong, but I have literally found nothing about this in English news.

My biggest issue with Turkish stocks is to find a good broker that allows me to buy them or to find a good broker in Turkey I can open account with from abroad. Any ideas or suggestions?

If you have a bank account you can do that through investment accounts.

No, most brokers here dont offer Turkish stocks. Or at least they are not traded at the stock exchanges where they do their business. I can invest in Turkish stocks through ETFs but not in single stocks.
