Here's the part that you should really be paying attention to.

The report describes political speeches as "highly divisive and antagonistic," targeting Muslims and refugees.

So yes, things are going down south. This is just one article out of many throughout the past many years, and it just keeps getting worse and worse.

What's a problem is if people refuse to acknowledge the increasing xenophobia.

You can't gloss it over by saying "crackdown against radicalism" because you are instigating xenophobia/islamophobia and in that content you approve of crackdown on all muslims as you see fit.

I live in the UK but I follow the laws and customs of the country, I don't refuse to shake hands with the opposite sex, I don't condone violence if my religious feelings are hurt,I pay taxes and I support the deportation of my fellow countrymen guilty even of the slightest misdemeanours starting from Jan 1st 2021 when Brexit comes into effect.
Basically, I hold the Muslim community to the same standards I hold my own.

What we are talking about is growing xenophobia where Police that's suppose to be responsible for public security are showing clearly xenophobic tendencies.

Citizens living in the country going to mosque are being targetted because they go to the mosque too often does that sound like a valid reason to conduct police operations ?

Mosques are not just a place of worship, you can have workshops, religious studies, meeting with fellow (mostly old) believers and have a nice gathering.

In short do the same things Christian believers do on their sundays (dunno if bible studies are only on sundays).

If they have evidence that these informations portray Western societies as unfit or degenerate they must see if this doesn't lead to radicalism or segregation.If your children refuse to take part in sports classes with the opposite gender, shake hands, etc, if people write on fb that they oppose terrorism but...the Charlie Hebdo cartoonists had it coming, than these are worrying signs coming from within the Muslim community....the state must act.

These are isolated cases which must be analysed one at a time but we can't paint the police in Western countries with the same brush. As we saw, Germany acted when some of their police officers were suspected as having Nazi sympathies. We must also not discard the playing the victim card which is used to paralyse the state aparatus, this tactic is used by many NGO's.

While racism is not acceptable, Salafism must be stopped in Europe and elsewhere otherwise the constant stabbings, shootings, bombings, and running over people with vehicles will continue to occur every few weeks in Europe and elsewhere.

We should support the uprooting of Salafi organizations and Salafi mosques and Salafi preachers.

I think it's necessary to have all existing police officers go through tests to see whether they're hiding racism or such.

I have no tolerance for radicalism, so imo to find them you'd probably be better of having PO with islamic background to detect these radicalism.

Or, every case should be treated at a time and if any wrong doing is found, the officers in case should be held accountable.
