The naval version of the SPIKE missile consists of two variants including the Naval Spike ER and the Spike NLOS. The SPIKE Family is an advanced naval missile system utilizing a dual EO sensor, CCD/IIR, and an automatic tracker for day and night applications. It is capable of pinpoint accuracy for surface-to-surface and surface-to-shore target engagement at ranges up to 25 km.

Naval SPIKE ER (Extended Range), electro-optical, guided-missile which comprises a lightweight, compact and stabilized turret with four missiles on the mount, together with a fire control system for effective ranges of up to 8 km. The system enables very fast sensor-to-shooter loop closure in day/night defensive and offensive scenarios, thereby ensuring mission success with surgical precision.

The SPIKE ER can be mounted on a mount compatible with a variety of platforms, ranging from Rigid Hull Inflated Boats (RHIBs) to larger boats and ships. It can be fitted with either High Effective Anti-tank (HEAT) or Penetration Blast Fragmentation (PBF) warheads.

Naval SPIKE NLOS (Non-Line-of-Sight) - This compact system enables stand-off of up to 25 km ‒ with pinpoint accuracy, providing sea-to-shore fire support or sea-to-sea targeting, on a wide range of naval platforms. Allowing maximum operational flexibility, the Naval SPIKE NLOS capabilities include real-time tactical intelligence gathering, in-flight target switching and mission abort, and can be integrated with the ship's own C2 systems.

The Naval Spike NLOS can be fitted with a variety of warheads, a wireless data link to the missile, unique advantages of hitting non-line of sight (NLOS) targets and the ability to switch between targets and abort missions, Spike NLOS can be operated in both offensive and defensive scenarios. In addition to attacking hidden targets, Spike NLOS can provide real-time tactical intelligence and damage assessment.
