Firefly is on track to deliver a US solution for the 1,000 to 4,000 kg payload class to LEO by 2020 for a starting price of $15M. Their Feb 2020 goal wound up being derailed but they are finally starting to make progress. Payload to LEO is 2000lbs at $15M price.

Hope one day a Arab company can do this, although a Kuwaiti company is working on a orbital rocket hopefully starting by 2025 I have doubts about funding.
