This was during the JATE Manesar Anti-Terror 2022 which is a part of SCO's anti-terror exercises. Four central Asian stan countries along with India, China, Russia & pak are a part of it. I believe a team/delegation from pak also visited since we were a part of JATE 2021 held in pak's KP province

The MARCOS aren't really high in numbers which allows IN to fund sourcing some of the best gear available and streamline their ops. From an equipment standpoint, they're on track to be on par with NSG...if not even better. Para SF despite being the most battle hardened just cannot replicate the same given their significantly higher numbers, the recent conversion of Paratrooper units into SF and IA lacking basic clarity on what "SF" really means and how they should be used. IAF's Garuds have fairly decent gear but lack experience and have been acting as instagram poster boys lately...I'd count em as glorified airbase security and that's about it - in a real life situation, I'm sure Para SF or NSG will still have to come to the rescue similar to the Pathankot attack

MARCOS oth have been actively engaging in joint ops with other SF units from being deployed along our coasts to Kashmir and LAC, training exercises with foreign SF on a regular basis will really give em an edge and put em on track to undertake ops similar to USN SEALs
