"We are coming to the end of the work. 40+ km range 2.5 kg warhead GPS and E/O guidance Domestic fixed-wing ammunition (kamikaze UAV) will be on the field soon."

"A tank shot with ammunition from a sub-cloud UAV released from a MALE class uav. UAVception is close."

Sounds like Titra´s new Kamikaze Drone.

"Speaking to Janes at ADEX 2022 in Baku, the company’s business development director, Şebnem Kayranci, said that work on the DELI (low-cost, hand-launched, Kamikaze, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)) commenced around three years ago and that flight tests are under way."

"DELI – which Kayranci described as being at technology-readiness level 7/8 – takes the form of a small UAV and features an electric motor that powers a pusher-propeller."

"DELI will feature a 2.5 kg high-explosive fragmentation warhead that is being supplied by Tübitak Sage. Flight tests with the warhead are slated for October, Kayranci said."

"The air vehicle has a maximum take-off weight of 13 kg and can achieve a top speed of 150 km/h, its cruising speed is stated as 90 km/h, it has a ceiling of 3,000 m (9,840 ft), and operates at altitudes of between 150 and 500 m above ground level."

Current DAS (Defensive aide Suites) and EW systems modern aircrafts have onboard, makes it somehow unnecessary to have such capability.
If you could get behind an a2a missile and fire a faster missile at it, you could hit it. But that is not a very likely scenario to happen. If your Aesa radar has 360 degree coverage to target a missile coming to you from behind, may be you could hit an incoming missile.
But DIRCM, DAS and extensive Electronic Warfare to jam incoming missiles are still the best method to disable an a2a missile. Also the improved agility of your plane is important. When excessively sharp turns are executed, a2a missiles could lose radar lock and miss their targets. With an unmanned plane like KE much sharper turns than any manned plane, could be made. This on it’s own is the best evasive method KE has in it’s armoury.

What about radar blocking objects?
I mean DAS can help but radar can be semi jammed or blocked by objects

The trick is to produce systems that are good enough to go through missile's defences. GaN based Aesa radars can fry and jam systems of any object emitting RF.
