That is wrong. The fire control system of Altay became outdated over years this is the next-gen version. 7 years passed after the qualification of the Altays first fire control system and technology moved on since 2016. Leo2A4, M-60TM, and some M60A3 will get the same next-gen FCS with slight differences due to the difference in platforms.
I am not sure about Otokar but FNSS already has a 30 ton platform that has amphibious capability in the name of Kaplan 30. Kaplan MT just like Kaplan 30 is in the 30 ton range. Both platforms are STANAG 4569 level classified in terms of protection but differs in terms in design due to the different roles they take. If such need arise I think that FNSS can develop such a beast using the experience it got also implementing some next generation features to it further improving over the Kaplan MT.
