According to the press service of the Knights of the Winter Campaign Brigade, on Wednesday, December 2, as part of the final instructor-methodical classes held on the basis of the 235th interspecies training center for military units and units (Shiroky Lan training ground) staff training.One of the important tasks of these research exercises was to assess the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles in the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in terms of their capabilities in conducting reconnaissance and transmitting intelligence information in the conditions of enemy electronic warfare.
It is noted that at the same time the issues of the effectiveness of the use of EW weapons in the JI of the Armed Forces to prevent the conduct of similar reconnaissance by the enemy were studied. As well as the ability of the Ukrainian BPAC to perform its combat missions.
During these trainings, Leleka-100 unmanned systems (manufactured by Deviro Production and Innovation Company), PD-2 (from UkrSpecSystems) and more powerful Bayraktar TB2 strike reconnaissance missiles (manufactured by Baykar Makina) were involved in reconnaissance operations. .
"After the research exercises, a detailed analysis of the results will be conducted and a generalized report will be prepared. In addition, proposals will be submitted to the state defense order to improve the tactical and technical characteristics of the BPAC," said Lieutenant General Oleksandr Paulyu, Commander of the Land Forces. .
However, these are not the only innovations whose capabilities are tested during these KSN. Thus, one of the involved units of the brigade conducted a study on the operation of a new automated control system for tactical units.

According to the military, the use of such technologies allows for a more in-depth analysis of the course of hostilities and tactics of units and in time to find weaknesses and eliminate them.
It should be added that during these two-stage exercises, units of the 28th Brigade worked out elements of offensive action in direct contact with a conventional enemy, conducted a silent capture of his observation posts.
Also, during the tactical episodes, new elements of the combat order of our troops were created, the issues of breaking through the prepared defenses of the enemy and further advancing the brigade soldiers in order to capture and maintain favorable lines were worked out.
