Hello everyone,
I’m currently conducting field-oriented research related to former and current military infrastructure in the Trójmiasto region of northern Poland (Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot). Specifically, I’m trying to identify:
So far, I’ve identified a few key locations of interest:
49th Air Base
ul. Powstańców Warszawy 28B, Pruszcz Gdański
33rd Air Defence Missile Squadron
ul. Marii Skłodowskiej‑Curie 2, Gdynia Grabówek
Naval Port Command HQ
ul. Rondo Bitwy pod Oliwą 1, Gdynia Oksywie
43rd Naval Aviation Base
ul. Zielona 1, Gdynia Babie Doły
6th Radio-Electronic Recon Centre
ul. Dickmana 10, Gdynia
If anyone has knowledge of these locations, old tunnels, sealed entries, disused watch posts, access points from the forests or coastline—or can provide maps, anecdotes, or resources—I’d be grateful for any direction.
Thanks in advance for your insight.
Best regards,
[Jakub]

- Possible access points (active or abandoned) to military bases in the area
- How such locations might be entered (legally or as part of public history/exploration efforts)
- Which facilities are still operational vs. decommissioned or hidden in plain sight
