It seem like you can add Marocko and Turkmenistan to the list of current countries with Bayraktar TB2 in the inventory (2021).

First batch of TB2 were delivered to Marocko last week.

Oryx have also expressed that he has evidence of Turkmenistan have the TB2 and that he will present Turkmenistan TV footage soon. So we will probably see an article from him within 1-2 weeks. He might even confirm it here as well since he is a member of this forum.
Turkmenistan's TB2 was displayed in a military parade.

Which engine TB3 will use? PD170 or PD222?
Mahmut Akşit say PD222 power also can come out 240. İf Pd222 will use can TB3 use this power to take off TCG Anadolu?

PD170, as PD170 gives more power at lift of needed for short takeoff

PD-222 is more suitable for short take-offs as more power is needed at take-off. PD-170 and PD-222 are form fit and interchangeable with each other so you can remove PD-170 and place PD-222 in its place.

Have a look bottom left side there is "Throttle %" .
i just wonder, is UAV at FULL throttle?
If it is Full throttle then marking "40" is what ? (efficiancy at that alttitude)

I don't think it is full throttle, look at the RPM. It seem relatively typical for a internal combustion engine at cruise speed.
However, they may not be able to go full throttle since that might only be available at sea-level with thicker atmosphere.

The engine has 2300 rpm maxing out 170+ HP. (Given in the brochure)

So it is at 100% throttle - the engine speed is at max- 40% load (torque or whatever is the load for that engine)

Don't know how it works in the aero-diesel-propeller systems, torque is what coming to my mind at first place.

Hensoldt Optronics is in South Africa and thus subjected to South African export rules.

German defence companies learned their lesson are doing this now frequently. Rheinmetall was planning to do something similar for Altays gun afaik.

PD222 is the variant with highest take-off power and is the one Dr Akşit mentioned as an example taking off from Anadolu.

Ukraine is set to buy 24 Turkish drones. So why hasn’t Russia pushed back?

Ukraine hopes to quickly turn around a contract to buy 24 drones from Turkey, but the former’s adversary and the latter’s ally could upend the potential sale.

Turkey is Russia’s closest ally in NATO — which Ukraine wants to join — but Ankara and Moscow have diverging interests over Kyiv.

The Ukrainian government announced Sept. 15 that it’s seeking 24 Bayraktar TB2 combat drones in the coming months. Two years ago, TB2 producer Baykar Makina won a contract to sell six TB2s to Ukraine. The $69 million contract also involved the sale of ammunition for the armed version. The private firm has also won contracts to sell the TB2 to Qatar, Azerbaijan and Poland.

The TB2 is a medium-altitude, long-range tactical UAV system. It was developed by Kale-Baykar, a joint venture of Baykar Makina and the Kale Group. The UAV operates as a platform for conducting reconnaissance and intelligence missions. The aircraft features a monocoque design and integrates an inverse V-tail structure. The fuselage is made of carbon fiber, Kevlar and hybrid composites, whereas the joint segments constitute precision “computer numerical control” machined aluminum parts. Its maximum payload exceeds 55 kilograms, and the standard payload configuration includes an electro-optical camera module, an infrared camera module, a laser designator, a laser range finder and a laser pointer.

Each TB2 system consists of six aerial vehicles, two ground control stations, three ground data terminals, two remote video terminals and ground-support equipment.

A senior Turkish procurement official said Ankara and Kyiv have an understanding to finalize the potential deal before year’s end. “There is strong political support for this contract from both governments,” he said.

Industry sources estimate the contract value at about $300 million.
