Erdem Atay began his journalism career at Aydınlık magazine, and continued working there after Aydınlık became a daily newspaper. He held positions as News Editor and Ankara News Editor, and subsequently served as Ankara News Editor at Ulusal Kanal for approximately five years.

Journalist Erdem Atay makes significant allegations:

“During İmamoğlu and Yavaş's terms, approximately 2000 people were hired by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) and the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB).

The Süleymancılar group provided İmamoğlu with a list, and over 2000 people were hired by the İBB.

Similarly, around 2000 Süleymancılar were hired by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

Furthermore, the Süleymancılar are issuing receipts to the Ankara Water and Sewerage Administration, claiming they will build mosques and madrasas for themselves.

These people don't even slaughter sacrificial animals; they take the money intended for the sacrifices, saying, 'Let's not give them the meat, let's use it as cash.'"

This isn't being said by what you call an "AKP-aligned journalist" or Melih Gökçek. This is being said by a pure leftist. Now you know how disgusting the cesspool you're so eager to infest stinks of. But you're going to ignore that, aren't you?
We have süleymancıs in Turkish Armed Forces high commandz don't act like you don't know that lmao, If a tarikat can get into army they can get into everywhere.

Me and being Kurdish?
You have no idea what you're talking about.
My father's grandfather fought in the Çanakkale Campaign and sank a submarine. He fought for 4 years in Çanakkale and 8 years against the Armenians.
Sergeant Kadir was Kazım Karabekir's aide-de-camp.
His brother fought in Yemen and walked for years to return to his homeland.
Two of my grandmother's uncles were martyred in Çanakkale. There are countless World War I martyrs and veterans in my family.
Therefore, you don't have the character to tarnish my patriotism. You and your friends should keep your nonsensical words to yourselves.
Yeah but you are fine with pkk members who blinded, executed and literally pissed on our soldiers being free to go? Hypocrisy!!

That's great. Maybe make your ancestors proud and stand up against this so called "peace" process.

I get you love RTE, I bet a lot of people did by the end of 2020. But things have changed. You're blindly following RTE off a cliff. You need to put your political views aside and realise this is bigger than politics, this is treason.

"33 Detentions in Operation Against Alihan Kuriş Criminal Organization"
August 13, 2026

According to a statement from the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a report was prepared by MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board) regarding the suspects and companies belonging to the criminal organization, within the scope of the investigation conducted for the crimes of "establishing and managing a criminal organization," "membership in a criminal organization," "laundering assets derived from crime," "fraud against public institutions and organizations," and "violation of the tax procedure law."

The MASAK report revealed that many of the companies belonging to the organization significantly increased their financial transaction volumes after 2020, that the companies carried out divisions and mergers, that new companies were established with very high capital in the company divisions, and that the newly established companies were located in different provinces and had different fields of activity than the companies that carried out the division.

The report stated that some companies had no resources other than capital, did not conduct active trade, but that the aforementioned capital was used to finance the subsidiary items. It was noted that the criminal organization aimed to prevent access to company records and make it difficult to track financial transactions using this method.

The report, which states that transfer receipts were detected through various payment institutions in most of the companies, indicates that there is a high cash circulation in the companies, that large amounts of cash inflows were made to the companies by the partners whose source requires explanation, and that these cash inflows were used as a source for capital increases by the company partners.

The report also states that high amounts deposited into company accounts were transferred to the companies under analysis in a remarkable manner, and that large amounts of money were transferred to various companies from transfers from payment institutions and cash deposits.

“Currency Transfers Inconsistent with Records”

The report states that high-value transactions with other legal entities were observed in the companies' goods purchase and sale records, that the presence of high-value goods purchase and sale transactions with various legal entities is noteworthy in terms of fraudulent invoicing, that there were foreign currency transfers from various companies located abroad inconsistent with the company accounts, that some companies received high tax refunds, and that the financial transactions may have been carried out as a result of organized operation.

Within this context, a simultaneous operation was conducted in 17 provinces, primarily Istanbul, Ankara, and Antalya, targeting the organized crime group led by Alihan Kuriş.

As part of the operation, it was decided to detain 49 suspects, some of whom were found to be abroad, and to conduct search and seizure operations at 43 addresses belonging to the suspects and 80 addresses belonging to 33 companies.

It was reported that 33 suspects, including Kuriş, were detained, 9 of the suspects were found to be abroad, and efforts to apprehend the remaining 7 are ongoing.

Today, the Süleymancılar are treated as terrorists thanks to Erdoğan. Clearly, you've confused Erdoğan with Ekrem İmamoğlu.

I attribute your not having seen this news until now to you watching Halk TV. After all, they don't share these kinds of things there, do they?
