In Ukraine, new remote-controlled combat modules for armored vehicles - "Will" and "Will-D", which were developed by VAK "Nova Technology" (Nova Technology).
This was reported by the Ukrainian military portal with reference to the founder of the Defense Blog site Dylan Malyasov , who published photos of the modules on his Facebook page.
In October 2020, the AFRICA Intelligence website wrote that the modules developed by Techimpex LLC and its subsidiary Nova Tehnologiya were offered to Egypt and Uganda as a program to modernize Soviet equipment.

The level of ballistic protection of the module corresponds to STANAG 4659 level 2 - frontal projection, lateral projection, rear projection from BZT bullets caliber 7.62x39 mm. The weight of BM "Will" ("Will-D") is with ammunition - 2000 (1600) kg, without ammunition - 1550 (1150) kg.
With additional booking for STANAG 4659 level 3+ - frontal projection, side projection, rear projection from B32 bullets caliber 12.7x108 mm, combat module "Will" ("Will-D") will weigh with ammunition - 2250 (2100) kg, without ammunition - 1800 (1650) kg.
