Since 2001, Turkey has been organizing the Anatolian Eagle exercise at the 3rd Main Jet Base Command (Konya). This year, from June 21 to July 2, host Turkey, with the participation of various countries such as Qatar and Pakistan, will take part in this large regular exercise. The purpose of the exercise is to examine realistic war scenarios (with various ratings) and complete monitoring by computer recording systems, judging by the older exercises.
What will stand out this year and possibly concerns Greece, is the (so far unconfirmed) information that the Qatari Rafale will take part in the exercise. Qatar also has Mirage 2000-5, which in the past have been trained with Turkish fighters, such as the Shahin 21 exercise.
Officially, Turkey is holding extremely low tones for the upcoming exercise, with little to no coverage in the local media. So far, there is no official announcement for the participating countries.
The following photo, which has been circulating on social media in recent days, is supposed to depict an impact from this year's exercise, which, in addition to the flags of Turkey, Pakistan and Qatar, depicts a Turkish F-16, a Pakistani JF-17 and a Qatari Rafale.
A co-education every few years in which a small (single-digit) number of pilots participate, who in the coming years may not even know if they will still be on duty or in prison (if they are not lucky) or private employees in an airline (if they are) does not imply that these pilots "learned" the aircraft against which they flew.
To be able to say this, they must have unrestricted access to it, its weapons, its fire control system, its self-defense system and therefore full knowledge of what it can and cannot do, and under what conditions has any potential.
In short, we must be extremely cautious and careful before reaching any conclusion.
