Most of the older Tavors will be replaced with locally license produced IWI Arads. They might still keep some of the X-95s though

Yep! It's a JV established by Adani Defense and IWI which currently manufactures several IWI products like Tavors, X-95s, Negev LMGs, Galils, Masada 9mm handguns and a range of other IWI offerings. They also recently opened one of South Asia's largest small arms and ammunition factory to which the manufacturing has been shifted which will also produce Arads
