Only US has ongoing participation in Turkish aviation industry with partnerships in TEI and Alp Aviation.
In the first stage Saab helped on TF-X design. And a French company is still involved in software matters on TFX, if I remember correctly.

When the TF-X will be operational and mature enough, then potentially, we will be able to say if it is one of the best or not, but we are not here yet. Also many nations have decades of experience regarding the aviation industry, so there's also that. When Turkiye will be able to integrate their own radars, sensors and engines to their manned fighters and fly safely, then we will consider Turkiye as a major player in the aviation industry. For now it's not the case and we still need to wait a few years. :)

Saying France is helping with TF-X is like saying someone who has bought a Macbook and created an popular App on it got support from Apple. TAI bought a software nothing else from a french company.

SAAB was replaced by BAE Systems. So Sweden is not helping either.

Neither is GB. BAE signed a contract for Technical Help with the Design nothing more. Its further participation in the project is unknown.

What does BAE systems own with TF-X, they are only selling engineering service.
Where does the wind tunnel testing took place . May be you should know properly the extent at which Turkish subsidiary of BAE system is involved in the project.

Agree. What about Japan, S.Korea, Sweden. Or even Israel (regarding on capabilities)?
japan F-3 is delayed ,Mitsubishi Space jet cancelled,

no high trainer

national helicopter project failed and cancelled(check UH-X)

no national attack helicopter

no attack drone

they had C-2 but that is not as good as A400M

P-1 and C-2 had big structure problem

Japnese tech is in very bad day

Swedwn and S.Korea rely on US subsystems and engineering help. Japan did too however their first completely indigenous project is advancing rapidly and is 5 gen. However if Turkey can really mass produce KE and TFX with high indigenous rate and propulsion systems it would definitely be only the 6th country in the world able to do this and probably on the top 3 in terms of engineering skills only behind US and UK.
japanese completely indigenous project is not advancing rapidly but stopped after X-2 only flight 32 times

i think the fate this project will same as their UH-X and MIitsubichi Space jet....

In May 2020, Mitsubishi halved the budget of the SpaceJet program for the year ending 31 March 2021. It confirmed its commitment to the baseline M90 version but is to reconsider the M100 in the light of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the aviation industry.[64] All work on the SpaceJet outside Japan, including flight testing of the M90 at Moses Lake, was repatriated to the company's headquarters in Nagoya.[65] In October 2020, Mitsubishi announced a further budget reduction and a "temporary pause" to most SpaceJet activities other than type certification documentation while it assesses a "possible program restart".[2][66] However, Mitsubishi Aircraft slashed 95% of its employees from April 2021, leaving 150 employees, while the SpaceJet program budget was cut by half by 2020, from Y370 billion for FY2018, and will be down to only Y20 billion ($194 million) from fiscal year 2021.[67]

Japan does not have an independent 5th generation aircraft project. They are trying to do something with a purely American and British partnership. And now they have much bigger problems than making a 5th generation warplane.

What are the problems?

Look at us. We don't even have one indigenous helicopter or a single aircraft worthy of the name(manned) in service but we're already butting heads with the giants who have almost a century of experience. Hold your horses please! We have a lot of ground to cover. This discussion can be meaningful maybe in a decade but not now.

Not really, even the projects matter.

And there are not much with this kind of level, but yes in a decade we will be in a better position.
