Incredibly hard to say. The design of the bird probably won't change that much. The cockpit will change just a tad, more sensors will be aboard. To sum up, the changes will mostly be internal.

People who expect very drastic changes to the design of the plane are gonna be very disappointed. The changes will be very subtle.

Korean aircraft KFX made its first taxi test on June 25th and the first flight on July 19th. It took 3 week for them to fly it. Would TFX walk the same path and make the first flight next month(the elections being the catalyst)?
Why take the risk?

There has been already multiple revisions of the schedules.
Besides, KF-21's CDR were completed earlier.

In my opinion, Hurjet should make its flight first.

What do you guys think will change from prototype to final product design wise?

As others have mentioned, it's hard to say. It's such a beautiful bird already, but here are a few things we'll definitely/probably see:
  • A low observable nozzle once we ditch the F110s.
  • Slimmer farings around the actuators for the horizontal tails (kinda chunky rn).
  • The tolerances of the leading edge flaps are a bit loose (see F22). This'll probably tighten up.
  • Canopy coated in radar reflecting material.
  • DIRCM, FSS
  • The lighting setup will probably change. Nav lights in wingtips instead of on them (or maybe those are Luneburg lenses—can't tell—haven't seen this baby lit up yet).
  • There is no attempt to mask the visibility of the nozzles from the side (like the Su-57). This might be from some understanding that modern IIR sensors (or maybe DIRCM) are so advanced as to make previous efforts pointless (F-22, F-35 [ish], J-20). Otherwise, it *is* a weakness, so there might be mitigations for the final product.

This reinforced my belief in a pet theory that I have that everything looks better in video compared to pictures. I think I can happily die after I see this thing fly with an indigenous engine.

Comparison of the Tempest (Global Combat Aircraft Program) scaled mockop shown at DSEI2023 with the nose and cockpit geometry of MMU prototype that displayed during taxi tests:

I don't want to be the black sheep here but I think it still needs some changes. Looks unpolished, slim, too pointy, many gaps, I don't know, I loved first mockup much may be because of that I find this a bit ugly. OFC No one can deny this is an unbelievable achievement, TAI deserves a big congratulations but I think it still has a long way to go. When you imagine how raptor's prototype were, and how it evolved, I expect same maturity but many years later. Fast achievements are good but rushing is not. Thank you for all the hard work of those engineers and technicians who make whole country proud, having this many aviation projects at the same time and meeting deadlines are very rare.

Yes i agree but this is just the first prototype when we get the Radar and other electronic suits design will be change significantly. I hope it will be more curvy like the F-35. But this is leaps ahead of the first SU-57 prototype.

Don’t worry about the gaps.

It needs to be slim and pointy for LO.

Mock-up was actually fat and less realistic.

They have forgotten to paint some areas, the connection areas of movement places. they will paint eventually. Other than that, it looks just perfect.
After getting data, they may change some features in the latest prototypes.

I guess that aircraft cannon will be 30×113 mm and that some of the acquisitions made by some of our companies in recent years may be related to this issue.
USA made AL case for Apachi 30x113mm ammunution for not to harm aircraft
