Look at those sleek lines. Like a sword. Displacement weight is unloaded weight right ?

Could this be the type of vessel which will be between i-class frigates and TF-2000 destroyer ?

If 4500 if an expression of tonnage then we might be looking at a bigger Frigate which would be intended for more open sea manouevers.

Displacement usually given design waterline which indicates the full load.

Which some people refers as TF-100, i doubt it since TF-4500 is quite sleek to be an escort frigate. It was just a concept demonstrated by STM

With a proper design 4500 tonnes of a ship can be part of a blue water flotilla, or operate in open seas.

One of Gökdeniz should have been ahead. It doesn't make sense to have the two next to each other in the back.

If we want a replace our older ships and increase our shipbuilding capability this concept is the very great anti-submarine warfare ship behalf of Milgems. But first we need a place him yakamos sonar + 3x2 orka-a launcher. Also İf we increase range c-74 2000 to 5000 nm it would be more reilable in 30 knots with sonar + torpdeo.

Advantages of this movement :
1- We can build hims small shipyards without fill the space of istanbul shipyards.
2- İf we make 6x from him we can decommision burak class + 4x old gabya . We can fill the gabya's gap with milgems + 8x quadpack launcher for essm's and we can fiil the gap of buraks and asw corvette gap with this new cheap corvettes.

------

A small solution for Milgem vls palcement :

F-512-TCG-Buyukada-004.jpg

We can use the sides of ram with 8x2 cold launcher cell for 16x essm/g-40/hisar-o+ like that ;

C74 has 120 tonnes of fuel for propulsion + 30-40 tonnes for generators. The range is fine. The larger the ship, the more is the range.
ESSM in MK56 is an interim solution and occupies too much space for what it offers, we should make advanced versions of sungur (ER), quadpack it like Crotale VT-1 in short VLS and install those on small vessels. (2*4 *4)

2000NM is a problem for me. I'm thinking a make him mediterranien fleet asw ship and they need minnimum 3500nm range for him .

We can make a launcher like that for sungur I think ;

Range of naval vessels are not strategic as missiles or airplanes. Fleet Replenishment Tankers can re-fuel and supply logistics on the go without interruption.
I still prefer VLS over launchers, less RCS, 360 degree covering, less moving parts and easy to maintain. However such launchers will be good on smaller vessels on FACs which VLS can not fit.
