Is this like just another day at the office, or will it have any long-term implications for Palestinians? The agreement was signed to address terrorism, human, drug and arms trafficking. In this context, information on equipment and hardware will be shared if needed.
The agreement also covers issues such as training security personnel at training centers and arranging exercises.
> Palestinians Soldiers will be trained in Turkey

There is no chance of Turkey working with the knowledge of the Kyrgyz government because it haves FETO in its roots. That is the network that the US is using in order to exert influence in Kyrgyz internal affairs (and not only). If FETO is destroyed the US will lose an important card in its hands. FETO even is present on Ministry level in the Kyrgyz government. The only solution is covert action but looks like something went wrong in the plan.On Orhan İnandı - some interesting details:
His wife says he is being tortured at the Turkish embassy to renounce his Kyrgz citizenship.
apparently medical personnel arrived at the embassy:
Meanwhile, Daily Sabah says Orhan is in the hands of Kyrgz Secret Service and FETO are making noise to prevent his extradition to Turkey:
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has ordered the Interior Ministry to find Inan and the Bishkek police have created a special investigative group to locate Inan.

Apparently Orhan has not left the borders yet. There is a problem if Turkey is not working in concert with Kyrgz police with extradition then this can lead to a decrease in relations.
I hope it's not warm-up laps for some nonsense fighter jet.
Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu is visiting France.

Did not know for this episode in Turkey history, interesting one and very important lesson to keep it on mind if it was like this.
Oportunities like this one in tweet occur 1 or 2 times in century and you missed this one due the pressure from current usa president and if i may say because of internal betrayal. Main lesson from this is that eyes wide open with western minded establisment and politicians in turkey, if there are such at the moment, for me this reminder from recent history is astonishing. Altough i have impression that similar situation could not be repetead today but as i do not beleive in coincidences, slight concern and caution is healthy.Sarkozy Embraces NATO, and Bigger Role for France (Published 2009)
France has always contributed troops and money, but its decision to rejoin the alliance as a full partner carries enormous political and psychological weight, NATO officials say.www.nytimes.com
France left in 1966 and entered the NATO back in 2009 and shortly after waged war in Libya and dragged everybody in their Powerplays.
I don't know what France wants or think is realistic in their ambition but they are certainly stretching it with their Superpower allures.
Germany is certainly annoyed with most engagements but willing to go with that just keep Europe one.
Look at the new European FCAS program. France demands this and that just like in the 80s with the Eurofighter.
Same goes for Greece, both should have been left out, especially since they both don't see Russia as the main advisory.
Interesting to see that previously retired air force general responsible for UAV operations is present at the talk. Is Germany interested in Turkish drones?
