Dewjet company, which started its activities on the production of electric motors in the industrial site in the central Karatay district, started to work on the production of boats and jet engines with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
Under the leadership of the company's manager, Muhammed Ali Okka, an environmentally friendly and outboard electric jet engine was designed with the outstanding efforts and efforts of Turkish engineers who are experts in their fields.
The electric motor, which works with low energy consumption and high efficiency compared to its counterparts, can be used in the defence industry as well as in boats and yachts.

The Ministry of industry and technology is doing a good job by supporting such enterprises
These investments will be way too profitable in the future and will help in raising qualified engineers and raising competitiveness

Unrelated to the topic, but if we could do the same support to other industries, that would be nice. Because defence alone wont safe the economy. And only a good and running economy will be able to support all these defence projects.

Özdemir Bayraktar's name will be kept alive in the science center to be established in his hometown.
Established with the support of @AjansDoka, the center will have space-aviation and technology workshops.

Minister of Industry and Technology @varank:
"The name of the science center whose foundation was excavated in Trabzon will be Özdemir Bayraktar."

Good to honor this man...

The 'national electric train', whose factory tests have been completed, will be on the rails next year

As part of the production of national electric train sets, the aluminum body production facility, which has the capacity to serve all the rail system vehicles planned to be produced in the country, was put into service in 2019.

Within the scope of the production of the national electric train set, the assembly of the prototype suitable for 160 kilometers per hour and factory tests have been completed, and it is planned to deliver three train sets to TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ in 2022.

With the technology developed within the scope of the National Electric Train Set Project, it is expected that the basic building blocks of the National High Speed Train Project, which can reach a speed of 225 kilometers per hour, will be created after the necessary design changes are made in the project.

Exactly. However, since electricity cannot be stored, it has to be exported. Since it is not possible to transport electricity over long distances, we may have to import it from some countries. If consumption breaks a record, I guess that the consumption in the cities close to production is provided internally.

i remember when Selcuk Bayraktar complained about CNC machines, the German supplier didn't allowed to use is it for Aviaton parts. He wanted to start project to design it self. But later didn't hear it anymore, so this is the first wo managed to do something. Years have to go untill it matures. :D

This startup is supported by many firms and institutes including baykar and tubitak

Somebody had mentioned that MKE is so antique that only terminating and building a Company from Scratch would solve all their problems
I think it was @Sinan

Perhaps this is what's happening with ASSAV.
Especially judging by their Product Range, they seem to follow MKE.

They started to be active after 2016, Operation Firat in Syria and the Inadequacy with MKE production. (155mm was bought from South Africa and problems with 120m APFSDS Rounds.

Emphasis on High Tech CNC Equipment as well.

From their Company Profile:

1635625531308.png

Their Product Range:

1635625938255.png

Large Caliber Ammo:

- Tank, Artillery, Naval, MLRS

1635626001169.png

Heavy Weapons:

1635626106240.png

Spare Parts:

- 2200 Individual Parts.

1635626217945.png

This one kind of Reveals it. The 2nd Investment which was mentioned in the City of BOLU will make ASSAV the

"First and Sole Private Company which has Explosive Filling License"

Operational in 2021.

1635626514864.png

Even better their 3rd Facility will be in Kirikkale right next to MKE Facility

From 02.2020

In the statement made by the Kırıkkale Governor's Office, it was reported that the process of allocating a place to a private company for the Bomb Body Production and Filling Facility, which is a strategic investment to turn Kırıkkale into a defense industry center, has been completed.

At the Delice rally on February 5, President Erdoğan gave the good news that a private sector company would establish an F-16, SİHA bomb, hull production and filling facility in Kırıkkale.

The problem was about HE tank rounds, not APFSDS.

It is a very good decision to let a private company invest in another heavy ordnance factory. The government should have done that long ago. The lobby of MKE and ancient laws prevented that in the past.
