MKE is being restructured;
- Will be owned by treasury (bet will end up in wealth fund)
- Will be a corporation owned and funded by state
- Board members will be assigned by Ministry of Defense

It is for good, but MKE also have some valuable lands in valuable places, and all i hope those lands will not be liquefied for some revenues.

Preparing ground work for “economic rent”.
Economic rent is an amount of money earned that exceeds that which is economically or socially necessary. Market inefficiencies or information asymmetries are usually responsible for creating economic rent. Generally, economic rent is considered unearned income.

AKP and RTE in the process of changing the foundation of MKEK by turning it into a company from a state institution. Turning it into a company will enable the AKP and RTE to take the company into the TWF and sell it off to their own buddies.

This is what i worry about, it should be given to OYAK, TSKGV or at worst to SSTEK, which is the company owned by SSB.
I don't really know they urge or arguments to take it into TWF.

Should it be owned by treasury and put into TWF as if there is no other companies to fund it? Can't OYAK,SSTEK or TSKGV just acquire it as AŞ just the way TEKEL and others were sold?
We know what happens to companies which is absorbed by TWF.

I hope more SME start up in Turkey in the field of electronics. e.g. the oxygen machines that are needed are a good example.

A friend of mine is working in a firm who makes these machine that seem to have a capacity of 50 people connected to the machine at the same time. He mentioned they're a smaller firm compared to big firms that produce machines with a capacity of up to 100.

They're exporting to India, and as their customer said. "We need those machines to work, ppl are dying on the streets."

He said that all kinds are needed (size is aprox. 1,2mx1,2m) if a village has 20 ppl needing respirator, then buying a machine with 100 capacity would be waste of ressources.

They're vacuuming all the components they can get their hands on. And they're going to be looking into Turkey as well.

PS: My friend said that the machines sent to India are assembled by people who seem to lack fundamental understanding of assembling machines. (e.g. hiring a mechanical engineer from the street to assemble a machine they don't know how to assemble or have understanding of electrical Circuit structure etc. etc.)

Which is why vocational schools and apprenticeship etc. is so very important.
