I put this together real quick. It's missing a lot of things and its very good. Photos are illustrative. Munitions between the circle means that it could be used with different platforms.

But it gives you an idea of how Turkish Navy will establish its own Reconnaissance-Fire Complex.

The engines Atmaca and SOM use, can not go faster than high subsonic. For a missile the size of SOM, dropped from a fast moving plane, they can do 0.95 Mach at most. But for a missile the size of Atmaca and sea skimming, the maximum speed it can manage is about 0.85-0.9 Mach.

Do i read it correct? Ulaq from 30km plus filming the target?
It says "SAKI-SIDA distance 34.8km". I don't know what that means, maybe Anmdt can explain, but ULAQ can't be this far from the target because you need to be at a height of around 100m to see the horizon at 35km, and ULAQ's EO mast is much shorter than that.

Yes but how do you get 68 seconds, was the feed live?
The reporter and crowd reacts in real-time to launch and hit, the reporter also talks uninterrupted and unscripted during the whole flight (at least I did not notice any obvious cuts in the audio).

Note that I'm not saying that Atmaca is doing mach 3 but thinking there must be some information wrong such as distance given by reporter.

Saki-sida distance = distance between station and Ulaq.
If Saki is TCG-Işın (I don’t know what Saki is, apart from a nice Japanese drink) , as @era_shield has stated, ULAQ needs to be closer than 8km, provided it has an EO mast height of ~5metres to be able to take pictures as we are seeing here.
(a simple formula for horizon distance = 3.57*√h)
Distance between ULAQ and station can be much further if station is at a good height from sea level in LOS conditions. If Satcom is used then ULAQ’s range is the limiting factor.

SAKI (I don't know if it is correct) I would translate as: Sahil Kontrol Istasyonu or something

There is no way Atmaca can do more than 0.9 Mach speed. But as you right fully stated there must be some mistake in the figures uttered by the reporter and the time of ”actual” flight.
There are few important points that are missing :
1. What is the actual distance of the target?
2. Was TCG Işın moving when hit?
I can’t imagine Roketsan is going to do an important live test like this with a stationary target at 70 km distance when only recently have they updated maximum range as 250km.

@Nutuk ; thanks for info!

TCG Isın was not moving, they have done maximum range and moving target tests earlier with dummy warhead.

This test, in my opinion was involving something more than just live warhead, note that the warhead was told to be "warhead with telemetry instruments" so it had less explosive than actual.

He has also mentioned that AKYA torpedo deliveries to our subs will be on the way before the end of the year. That is a big force multiplier in it’s own right. No Anti-Ship-Missile is a replacement for a ship killer full size torpedo. An Akya exploding 1-1.5 m below the hull of any ship up to the size of a destroyer, will send her to the bottom of the sea.

New MRAShM‘s being launched from our helicopters in multiple numbers, can transform our TCG Anadolu in to a Japanese style destroyer-ship. This is great news. And it would also be great if we could find a way to accommodate our G40 missiles with basket style MDAS containers like Italians.

roketsan applied many way points to atmaca so 70km range is normal,so if it flies on flat route its more than 220km

Article by M5 on why atmaca is such an important accomplishment.

I think it should mention of cost per missile. We managed to build a advanced cost-effective system. We wouldn't had been able to use it in 16x ASM config in our platforms if the cost was high. Atmaca Block 1 said to cost less than $500,000 per missile. What if it was 2-3x times the price. I mean we would still developed it as how strategic it is either way but we would had been forced to smaller numbers. It is truly the Iron "Kilij" for the ships as they called it. It can be mass produced and is effective.

Has ATMACA capability of swarm attacks? I mean is ATMACA able to coordinate attack with other ATMACA missile on one target?
