15 km at maximum continous speed, range will change with the speed,at maximum speed there will more noise,so maximum speed only achived when the torpedo close enough to target ship we are not prosessional so this is my guess

The firing depth also important as pressure increases by the increase in the depth which requires more energy

We don't know speeds at the test. 15km is the range, currently used at the tests. We can expect 30+ NM at 30+knots.

I don't think depth will be relevant, actually it is better if it is farther from the surface for the propulsion efficiency.

Can this be realized?
It is already realized, JFD's DSRV's are used in other rescue ships.
Armelsan is going to be JFD's partner in Turkey and modify the existing vehicle according to Turkish Navy's needs.

The firing depth also important as pressure increases by the increase in the depth which requires more energy

The pressure is equalized within torpedo tube before firing (i.e by introducing sea water to the tube at the depth being fired at).

There is thus no net effect from the sea pressure depth as the torpedo is essentially floating at fire condition. (it would be impossible to fire a torpedo at nearly any depth if this was not done).

What would matter w.r.t this would the water density (just like air density for aircraft/missiles) given the drag force created by it....but water is fairly incompressible (unlike air), thus the drag change is fairly negligible too (unlike air where it is advantageous to seek out less dense air for velocity increase).

The torpedo optimal firing envelope is thus dictated by things like what @anmdt mention w.r.t negative surface effects (given eddies/turbulence with the air/water boundary) and also the torpedo construction (basic geometry + physics) being limited to a "crush depth". ...though this limits the firing platform (i.e the sub) w.r.t depth well before it does the torpedo....given their relative thin wall volume rigidities.

the only way of escape wake homing_akya-torpedo is crossing of wake by another surface ship or hard kill defence other than that you cannot escape from wake homing torpedos unless its fired at limits of range

We may have found the first potential customer for ULAQ after Turkish Navy!
Qatari Amir himself showed great interest in the Turkish ULAQ

Should get a few Aksungur as well, will be perfect for long term Search and Rescue or monitoring
Bro, I don't think this will be very useful. Tb2 is small and cost effective and it will only observe. Aksungur has a more combative character. If I were to send Aksungur somewhere, I would do it to fight rather than observe.

UAE has developed unmanned boats, so I guess the Qatari's are looking for a better one (Arab rivalry)

I especially pointed out for Search and Rescue, could be a lot useful nearly with 60 hours of operation without any interruption in service to scan a larger area (sort of a specialized variant with dedicated sensors similar to the ISR payloads), It could even carry drop-aids like life rafts or food. Multiple TB2's can achieve this as well but i particularly thought Aksungur could be more durable in adverse conditions moreover carry life-rafts.
A typical liferaft is <200 kg.
