first column project name, second column R&D funder project and in parenthesis the corresponding company for development.
Note: ITU NOVA is a TTO (TOT) office which doesn't develop anything but oversees the projects and hand it over to researchers.

Armelsan is about to complete dipping sonar and mine detection sonar,
DİKMAN-PARKAL is still unknown*, BYÖM is Barbaros MLU
Multi-purpose midget submarine design, being carried out by DATUM.

DİKMAN&PARKAL - Dinamik konumlandırma ve manevra (Dynamic positioning system feasilibility and development) also referred as DIKONS by Aselsan.

For first two completed projects refer to these threads:
Cavitation tunnel

We can see the Cenk-S instead of Smart-S in the Barbaros Class modernization program

And who tells gökdeniz can not engage high elavations? :)
Since it shares a lot of parts with korkut:
Here korkut engaging at high elavations:
Just because you didn't see,it doesn't mean it can not.
single barrel korkuts elavation is 90 degrees,I think its someehat more than double barrel version so this is important for coming 90 degree ammos from uavs or other sources,I remember that syrian russian tanks can not elevated theirr barrel enough to fire on tanks of israels on golan heights

And what is maximum elavation of Korkut or Gökdeniz, it is either 80 or 85 degrees.

Barbaros already has Smart-S if i am not wrong, and CENK-S looks more square like NS100. The same radars would be used unless they plan to transfer those to some other platforms.

Thales radar will need some software upgrades in order to connect with indigenous SAMs.so that,
İs it possible if indigenous S-Band radar could be connected easily with indigenous SAMs such as Gökdeniz and SIPER? there might be indigenous package of complete SAM systems.

Studies being carried out as to whether Hurjet could be adapted to be carrier launched-landed 😍

if you didn't know it, know it - Hurjet is my favourite jet, step aside TFX
If the engine is powerful enough it can probably take of without catapult assist otherwise a Hürjet size electromagnetic catapult need to be installed. One that sits above deck without alteration below deck can possibly be developed, making us all happy.

There's no question to whether it can or can not, we already have an example of such a jet that can.

Aselsan does most of the radar i think including parts of the software, they can easily "modify" it for that.
IMO Smart-S only delivers target information and tracks it, delivered to FCR through CMS which handles the engagement.

Thrust to weigh ratio must be critical, an underpowered plane may not be able to take off on its installed engine power alone. We had a precedence for a while now but it is no guarantie that some other plane will have the same performance. There must be a threshold or something otherwise our engineers would have looked at it like it is a given.

I had discussed this in earlier posts and in other forums with a lot of resistance from others.
Hurjet needs a little help with wing area (HalTejas is a delta wing plane giving it a lot more lift. Also we don’t know how heavy Hal Tejas was at take off) . But with a TVC version of EJ200 at 30% increased output thrust or with a GE414 engine and hold/release brakes fitted to the deck , this aircraft should take off from TCG Anadolu. Landing will have to be through arresting wire and hook system. Of course the plane has to be naval appropriate with structural upgrades fitted.

To add; The arresting hook system has to be electromagnetic, if both UAV’s and Hurjet are going to be operational from this ship, as the hydraulic system to stop a 10+ton plane will destroy a much lighter UAV.
