Would an active protection system i.e. Akkor be effective against threads such as Hellfire, Spike-NLOS on small surface vehicles and USVs which lack of CIWS? Should they be implemented in naval vessels?

It seems like a waterjet.

Looks like a thruster (thought to be a pumpjet but definitely not), seems to be hubless (stator-rotator of the engine placed on the outer circle) but i doubt it, the stataments of the company is so lame that it makes me think whether it is a scheme to rip off the money.

Search for rim-driven thruster to see more like that one.

Good development for a small company, nonetheless. but the claims are extravagant.

1. There is a true development on a tubitak project to develop hubless propellers similar to the what Rolls Royse does.

2. There is one more a true development on a R&D / P&D project on a novel pumpjet design that minimizes wake and noise signature that may be revealed soon or may not. (Could be related to the torpedoes who knows).

I do not think so.
When scaled to the width of the building and the submarine under construction on the side, that seems unlikely.

Might be a patrol boat or an Auxiliary.

First DIMDEG naval fleet replenishment ship is being launched. It was originally planned to be in the Navy‘s inventory by 2023. But it now seems more logical that this is going to be in 2024.
It is a 194 m long 22000 ton ship. Powered by 2 GE-LM2500 gas turbines and 2 Diesel engines.

The bow section (Section 50), containing submarine torpedo tubes, was produced for the first time in Turkey with domestic and national resources, under STM’s engineering and coordination, which only a limited number of countries in the world can produce. The first Section 50 produced for Reis class submarines was delivered to Gölcük Shipyard Command.

Another critical phase was completed in the New Type Submarine Project, initiated by the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) for the Turkish Naval Forces Command, one of the most effective navies in the world. The bow section (Section 50), containing submarine torpedo tubes, was produced for the first time at Gürdesan Shipyard in Turkey with domestic and national resources, under the engineering and coordination of STM. The first Section 50, produced for Reis class submarines, was delivered on September 13, 2021 from Gürdesan Shipyard in Yalova to Gölcük Shipyard Command. The first Section 50, produced with national resources, will be integrated into Murat Reis, the 3rd New Type Submarine.

It is an old image from 2004 or 2005 i am not really sure, but can be told by looking at the progress of the hulls and comparing their launch and keel laying dates.
Assuming it is the last hull of the Kilic II thus the last surface combatant constructed in Golcuk Shipyard before the Pendik has been in an operational state.
