Really hope this is true if not it would mean there has mean almost zero progress over the last year on the ship, which would be pretty disappointing.

He is wrong, that is I class. If i am not mistaken the shipyard spares one slipway for new construction.
In contrary, there has been advancement in building, and soon they will start to erect supperstructure. Might be lauched even before than 2021 to make space for PN Milgem.
We may soon expect to hear serial production of the remaining 3.

Yes. This is I-class. Just look at the front bulkward (parapet). There is a “notch“ there on this ship. None of the milgem corvettes have this notch. But the I-class!
