Not possible, even if every country in the region allied together Europe, and the USA could steamroll everyone twice.

Lets face it, the region will never unite besides a few countries banding together without much power compared to even Europe. Turkey has allied with Libya, and Somalia and for Pete's sake both of them can't prevent a fly from landing.

The Muslim world is destined to stay a weak shell of itself for hundreds of years unfortunately. Nothing we say or do will ever change that result.

No one is steamrolling Turkey.

You arabs may be destined to stay weak and remain a lackey worshipping euro origin nations, not the Turks.

That is the Turk culture at its core.

Keep that weak arab mindset for your own people, don't ever project it onto the Turks.

We have a hot situation around Kesta village. Earlier PKK entered the village and tried to use human shield strategy against our forces but in response the villagers evacuated the village completely. According to sources TSK clashed with PKK at Kesta and according to the local leader and local medias 5 PKK terrorists were killed. T-129 Atak helicopters participated actively.

There is information about another cave taken out by our soldiers resulting of 6-7 terrorists killed and 3 surrendered. Official confirmation by MoD is waited at this moment.

While our operations are going full speed there is information that Iraqi Central Government border guards and Peshmerga deployed forces at 9 outposts south of the Metina area of operations of TSK.

Operations are going on with good results. The number of neutralized terrorists rise to 72. Weapons, caves, IEDs are found and destroyed by our commandos and EOD teams. Our soldiers are keeping their positions in bad weather and terrain conditions.

KRG does not mean that Iraqi security forces shouldn't be there (in normal situation) but the US invasion had turned a lot of things in Iraq upside down, including the status of the north which had emboldened their local government to go with the "independence referandum" which resulted in giggles and tears from opposite sides. Plus the surge of IS, the deep corruption in the central government, the kicking out of Peshmerge out of Kerkük, Iran influence, recent assasinations, and Turkish incursion and operations are all factors which are shaping the relations between KRG and the central Iraqi government.

In normal circumstances, Iraqi government security forces could be anywhere within KRG, but fear of reactions and escalation, plus lack of funds and extreme corruption dictate otherwise.
