AKP is gonna end up completely discrediting any rule of law in Turkey at this rate. Even when someone IS guilty, it's going to be damn-near impossible to prove it because of political hit-jobs like this.

Irony in this whole Circassian genocide and refugee crisis.

The Russian commander, Grigory Zass was a German.

If Trt World should do a video it would be good just to show the Germans to shut the f up.

The Russian aristocracy was germanic. Slavs ruled by Germans. Hence why it was easy for Germany, Austria and Russia to all get together and share Poland. Basically a family get together.

Russia was founded by Vikings aka the Rus people who were norse. They settled in places where the Slavs were

yeah i generally consider the northern germanic peoples and the Scandinavian tribes to be the same. Its interesting how the Vikings supplanted most of the aristocracies of europe.

In world war one it was basically a family war in europe. All the major kings and queens of all the powers were related.

IMO, the situation is summarised as so:

A) Which single country, by far, has been the most strategically destructive to Turks in modern era (I generally define this as 18th/19th century onwards)

B) What is current existing realised Turkish tech level w.r.t tech level needed for nuclear weapons (and WMD)

C) Given B...what is relevance of this compared to political costs (which would then drive other costs) factor in a sovereign Turkish WMD program

Only with sound understanding of A,B and C together...can it be quickly seen why some "at first glance seems ok" routes are out of the question for Turkey.

Hints:
A) Russo - Turkish Wars
B) Jet engine + missile + sensor materials + designs et al.
C) NATO et al. w.r.t Turkish current (esp autarkic) power + wealth level
Seeing Erdogan is goner, I wish we had a nuclear development program and we tested it underground 3 months before the elections. We could be apologetic and blame it on Erdogan after the elections and maybe fend off the sanctions. This might be a harebrained idea but I can't help but speculate :ROFLMAO:

The critical (capex infra) elements of turkish WMD program should have been started in ~ 1980s if you ask me.

i.e Get a couple reactors, and get plutonium (239) production started (using the neutron flux of reactor and create a "bed" design around it)....start stockpiling that plutonium till design program catches up. Pu-239 half life is 24,000 years so its fine....you just need U-238 (i.e regular uranium ore) supply plan.

Design program would not have been too difficult for Turkish science, engg and technical pool in 90s-current.... then you just sit on the design ready to test/assemble much like what Japan (definitely) and South Korea (likely) have achieved....and maintain US umbrella above it for now (but have very useful fall back option now....you can only trust yourself in the end).

Centrifuge route (U-235) is much more blatant one even back then (given NSG, NPT already kicking in)....so probably less ideal compared to cover Pu-239 (more dual purpose) would have provided through civilian reactor expansion program.

Now everything is watched*, noticed right away (reported in mass media eventually) and sanctioned....and Turkey is long term NATO member etc...

There will have to be significant political moves by Turkey that precede gathering + establishing the (fissile) material production capacity (i.e either reactors or centrifuges or both).

I don't see those being easy... this stuff is strategic and brings strategic costs too.

Lot of stuff in geopolitics is you gotta be one of the early ones with your leg in the door (strike the iron opportunely when it is hot)....later on because others jammed their leg and then went through that door, everyones watching it lot closer etc. Hindsight is 20/20 etc.

*IAEA safeguards even in Russian VVER Turkey is getting now...

Turkey doesn't do anything about disinformstion our goverment only pays to trolls who will defend akp But not the garbage propaganda against Turks in İnternet

There so many lies about our fight against pkk

There are literally Iranians claiming our history etc while our iletişim bakanı posts about akp

If we can't declare war against disinformstion Turks will get much more demonised by the leftist propaganda from europe

From what i understand Turkey had nuclear reactors for research purposes in the 1950's, they still have them i believe. There is plenty of information on the internet about Turkey helping Pakistan acquire certain materials and equipment for their own nuclear program. Pakistan has in the past even offered to share everything they know about nuclear development to Turkey, in which Turkey openly always turned down.

In the past so called Islamist Abdullah Gul whose a member of British aristocratic orders, handed over highly enriched unrainum that Turkey created.

I even remember Sibel Edmonds claiming that it was an open secret in Nato that Turkey had nuclear weapons.
