The targets still being explained, if my translation is incorrect please correct me.
Target 1 : First contact with moon in 2023.
Target 2: Creating an brand in new generation satellite development.
Target 3: To develop a regional, positioning and timing system belonging to Turkey.
Target 4: Providing space access and establishing a spaceport business.
Target 5: increasing our competence in space.
Target 6: Observation and tracking of space objects from the ground
Target 7: Creating an space industry ecosystem.
Target 8: Establishing a space technology development zone
Target 9: To develop skills of people in the field of space.
Target 10: Sending a turkish citizen to space

National GNSS + SBAS (Satellite based augmentation system) is the best news for me.
SBAS if used right, can provide sub-meter accuracy.
SBAS simply utilizes an array of ground stations (fixed locations) and additional satellite(s) broadcasting correction factors to improve accuracy.
