Buying license of 3. Gen Candu reactor would be great, even India's first nuclear bomb material was produced in a canadian supplied reactor.

Apart from buying initially some drones from us for cheap surveillance purposes, they want to shorten their development times for more capable drones. I think it is worth sharing with them some technology on that domain in exchange for us gaining certain nuclear capabilities. This initial cooperation with them may open the door for joint projects in other areas. The more integrated we are internationally, the better.

I mean forget the part of achieving nuclear weapon capabilities even gaining the upper hand to perhaps build more this time western standart nuclear power plants would be a very beneficial thing for Türkiye especially considering our need for nuclear power plants, without at least becoming fully independent on electricity you cannot imagine to become a very big and powerful factor in the new world order that is ruled by energy.

Imo getting closer to Canada at least in the UAV scene could be quite beneficial and perhaps even lead to more exports in the future, who knows Kaans, Kizilelmas, Anka 3s or even just more very long endurance systems like the Akinci and Aksungur could be very useful for both canadian military and for wild fire watches.

I think cooperating on Uav is fine, but not all areas. It's necessary to keep qualitative edge if possible because that is what the west does. We should ensure we get some TOT in the process, just money in itself is not enough. Also we should ensure to get our part first and not later.

Just wondering: in case of a war, how many UAVs could Türkiye realistically operate at the same time with its current infrastructure and command-and-control capabilities? Could we handle dozens or even hundreds simultaneously, or would things like communications capacity and busy air bases due to heavy fighter operations limit the numbers?
